Uriel Pineda is a man who always had ‘intent’ to be successful at what he’s most passionate at performing. It all started from the day he acquired the skill of becoming an Air Conditioning Technician for a small starting company. Within the company as it gradually grew so did his passion for what he did on a daily basis for over 40 hours a week. Uriel always had the natural ability to uphold a strong work ethic that kept him driven as an individual for HVAC solutions.

During the 18 years of experience working within his company, Uriel worked diligent for his certifications in both business and HVAC. With the completion of his earned success he was prosperous and started up NPR Heating & Air Conditioning for all of the greater Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas.
